Mountain Top Claim Service, Inc. was formed by Billy McCartney after a 17-year adjusting career with Brethren Mutual Insurance Company.  This career began at the entry level and progressed through the claims department to become the Property Claims Manager for the entire company.  Along the way, Billy learned the intricacies of handling claims from start to finish, including subrogation.  This included accurate coverage interpretation and analysis as well as damage assessments.  This experienced foundation laid the way for quick and accurate settlements on all types of claims.
